===== Dimensions =====

The area to level for the play house appears to be

  * 96 3/8" wide (including tube slide) -- 8 feet 1 inch
  * 82 5/8" deep on swing side (stabilizer length) -- 6 feet 11 inches

The swing set itself is approximately 10'10" wide.

Buffer needs:

  * 6' space at the end of the swing set
  * 18' from the middle line of the swing set to front and back???
