Problems, deficiencies, etc. related to the 05 DL1000.

The factory ECU is mapped wrong, resulting in a lean mixture at “low” RPMs. My experience is “low” means “below 4000 RPM”.

Suzuki knows about the problem and issued a service bulletin. There's a post about it at VSRI forums. I've been in contact with Nate at Beaverton Honda/Yamaha/Suzuki since a couple days after I bought the bike. Suzuki requires that their “regional service manager” give the OK before the work is done.
