Brisket smoking
Hauling everyone's smokers to the church and back took a lot of time for 2021. We're looking to only increase our amount of meat so it will be unsustainable to haul a bunch of people's smokers around.
Vertical pellet smokers seem to be ideal for smoking a lot of meat in a smaller footprint, and they're relatively cheap for the smoking space.
